Refund Policy

Online payments made for appointments, health packages, or other services are subject to the following policy.

  • Confirmed consultations are generally non-refundable after the service has been provided.
  • If an appointment is cancelled by the hospital, eligible payments will be refunded.
  • Duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to banking timelines.
  • Refund requests must include transaction details and proof of payment.
  • Certain diagnostic tests, health packages, and promotional offers may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

The hospital reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
